As you may have noticed, for the last few entries, this blog has alternated between A Favor Return (New Edition) and
Murder in a Small Town: The Tragic Death of Stacey Burns. Toay, we return to the Stacey Burns murer case.
Here are the names of two more people for whom I have just two questions. My last request of Ed Burns, Michael Brabant and Jim Vittum resulted in one response so far. (Not surprisingly, Jim Vittum is willing to answer my questions.)
I’d love to speak with Michael Burns and Ed Burns’ mother (Nana B.) I’ve been told that the Keane family would rather I not speak with any of the Burns children and I’ve gone out of my way to honor that request. However, Michael is of age and can make that decision on his own now, I would think.

When 20/20 noted that they “tracked down” Brabant it gave the impression he didn’t want to talk. He needed pressure and cash to speak up. Remember the police hands are tied.(they can’t pay for info) He and Ed are protected by their attorneys. But only protected from the police,NOT the press or an outside investigator. Until someone starts asking questions this case will not move forward. I thank the Duker for doing ‘something’ and am willing to answer anyones questions to help move this investigation forward. I must note that the lead detective has no interest in talking to, or questioning me, but has told me he has questions unanswered by Ed’s attorney.
Jim Vittum, They know you didn’t do it. They just won’t release you publically for their own sinister reasons. There are far bigger crimes being covered up and those crimes involve some of the most powerful lawyers in the state. Had you remained silent, you’d be sitting on death row. Things are not as they seem.
I could fill a page w/ all the conspiracy theories, none of which I give an ounce of credence. What if the killer is already in jail ? Would THAT matter? If I have learned anything in all this the N.H. CRIME UNIT is professional,unwavering and not easily intimidated.
At the chance that this blog gets momentum, and “flat-landers” are paying attention (which would be a revelation in a socialist state) the ‘key’ to solving Stacey’s murder lies in the retirement party. Any info should be passed on through this blog or a private message to it’s creator, P.I’S are available to run down leads. Someone saw,heard or knows something. Please help.
what do you mean by the retirement party? the people that worked this originally are no longer still apart of this case?
