Most conspiracy theories are disproved by one thing-facts. Think of any conspiracy, whether it be national or international, such as a presidential assassination, a “rigged” election,or a Benghazi cover-up, or a local story, like two murders occurring over a short period of time in a small town. Now think how the propagation of these theories could be stopped. The solution might be simplistic but it is true. Those in authority have only to supply the facts in the case.
A contributor to this blog sent a response to my most recent post concerning the murder cases of Stacey Burns and Bobbie Miller. The questions raised in that response about the possible connections between these two murders seem legitimate. One wonders if the investigators have examined these possibilities? All it would take to put this conspiracy to rest would be a few facts that dispute it. If these facts are not supplied, then the general public can only guess if there is any truth to the theory.
I’m amazed that the patience of the community of Wolfeboro has not finally run out. If the authorities are unhappy over the theories being bandied about by the “uninformed” citizenry, then squelch them by supplying facts that disprove them. I’m sorry, but the “ongoing investigation” excuse for not making any factual information public wears thin over seven years.
Too many people have been hurt by speculation, innuendo, rumor, and unsubstantiated claims. Tell the families, friends, and the community what you know and what you do not know about these two murders. If the release of this information “jeopardizes the investigation” then so be it. The public perception is that nothing is happening anyway so what difference would it make? Who knows if this perception is correct, but there surely hasn’t been anything to refute it that I’m aware of.

A whole week gone by and those libtards are still in country ? Personally I’m thrilled to see the left go away and by the election results they will be gone for a long time. N.H.’s new (republican) Gov. is a family friend and as soon as he “drains” the swamp in Concord he’s promised to put someone on the case and I will have some answers before Mothers day. This country is only as good as it’s people, good people have stepped forward, now shut up and watch.
Sometimes Jim can sound incredibly brilliant, and at other times an ignorant red neck. Telling someone to shut up that has probably done more for clearing your name then anyone, falls under the category of the latter. Happy Trump got elected and hope your “friend” cleans house, but show a little respect to both sides. You never know some day you may need Duke to step up if the authorities decide to close this case and you are the best available fall guy. After all YOU were the next-to-last person to see Stacy alive. That might be good enough for many.
Duke, I’m certain that Jim did not mean for you personally, Duke Southard, to shut up. I think it’s just an expression. At least that’s how I took it. And as for shutting down the false rumors…..they really don’t care about whose getting hurt by these rumors. That’s been obvious for years.
An explanation:
I too went through a divorce involving the Walker & Varney law firm. My children and I were the victims of what I believe to be felony level crimes committed against us by attorney Thomas Randy Walker (the ex-wife’s lawyer), attorney Carolyn Cole (my 1st lawyer), attorney John Lyons (my 2nd lawyer), and Florida attorney Steven Smith (a client of attorney Walker’s). Attorney Smith purchased a track of land adjacent to property my ex-wife and I owned two months after she filed for divorce. He paid approximately $100,000. He then turned around a few Weeks later and relisted for sale this newly acquired property together with our property for $279,000 (our property made his property much more valuable). Apparently attorney Smith had made an agreement to purchase our property from my ex without my knowledge or consent and attorney Walker was facilitating the negotiations. When my ex got wind our property was worth nearly twice the amount she had agreed to sell it for, she started feeding me information to stop the sale. However since this sale was completely illegal in the first place, attorney Walker needed to gain control of this property through our divorce. Since this property was intended to be my children’s college fund and I had made it crystal clear to my lawyer (Carolyn Cole) this property was not negotiable, the only way to get control of this property was by having a judge award it to my ex-wife. She would in turn sell it to attorney Smith per their agreement.
The state police and the FBI have my reports, and Duke has a copy of the latest. It was only recently that I considered that maybe Ed Burns was not guilty and I accepted the possibility that his alibi might actually be legitimate. For 6+ years I believed adamantly that Ed Burns killed his former wife and the authorities were covering up her murder. I do NOT know that attorney Walker was directly involved in Stacey Burns murder; the Roberta Miller murder; or that he was connected with James Lowery in an illegal drug syndicate. I DO know that attorney Walker engaged in unethical and illegal practices during my divorce proceedings. The timing of this murder, the location of this murder, the victim of this murder, and the connection to this law firm is a HELL of a coincidence. When you consider the similarities to Roberta Miller’s murder, there is no way these could all be coincidences.
I do not use my name in these posts. I do this is to protect my children that still live in the Wolfeboro area. The authorities and these lawyers know who I am. I use their names because they have earned it. There is something called felony libel and if I’m not telling the truth I’m quite certain they will let me know in no uncertain terms.
It always amazes me how quiet things get when I mention an alternative theory involving attorney walker. “Lawyers above God and Country”. Pay no attention to the lawyers behind the curtain.
One might wonder why these lawyers are not in jail if what I’m saying is true: That would be because of Stacey Burn’s murder. For the uninitiated Stacey’s murder fits a specific profile that includes Roberta Miller’s murder and Amy Warf-Desjardins murder (and others I’m sure). Six days after arresting Arron Desjardin’ for the murder of his former wife, the New Hampshire District attorney resigned. One year before this murder I sent him a letter alerting him of this profile. Ignoring this connection (in my ignoramus opinion) constitutes obstruction of justice and his sudden resignation (13 days’ notice) seems to support my opinion. I might be concerned with becoming a “person of interest” in this murder too, except Arron Desjardin’s, his sister and new wife have all plead guilty to conspiring to kill Arron Desjardin’s ex-wife Amy. They all accepted sweetheart deals not normally associated with premeditated first degree murder. What can cause three people (including two women) to conspire to murder? That is the profile that all three murders seemingly fall under EXCEPT Stacey Burns and Roberta Miller’s murders may not be part of that profile after all.
I suspect Stacey Burns was killed to cover-up attorney Walker’s other crimes including conspiracy to commit fraud and distribution of illegal drugs (including black tar Heroin and a potential life sentence). He knew then like I know now his lawyer associates that control everything would protect him if a client of his firm was murdered. I was in the beginning stages of filing a complaint with the overseeing board when Stacey Burns murder occurred. I was also in the process of distributing a self-written and bound book on the corruption that exists within the New Hampshire legal system. Roberta Miller could have collaborated my allegations against the Walker & Varney law firm. On a court document she made allegations similar to my own and this law firm controls this court! If my theory is correct this has far deeper implications then two murders in a small town; this is organized crime on a state wide level. And this is a cover-up not unlike the Catholic priest scandal. Sleep well Wolfeboro! I know I won’t until this is resolved and attorney Walker and his coconspirators are in jail.
