Conspiracy theories are always popular because they titillate the imagination. Instead of just one suspect in a murder, we have two, or three, or even more. Imagine the possibilities!
The Stacey Burns murder has more that its share of conspiracy theories. Once again, this is the result of the lack of information being shared with the public because of the intense nature of this “ongoing investigation.” now in its seventh year.
One theory is that the murder was the result of a murder for hire, or involved what is, in the jargon, a “hit man.” I know there are people out there, police especially, who dispute this simply because it had to be a crime of passion. As the FBI profiler, Brad Garrett, said on 20/20, “this was up close and personal.” Of course, he had information the general public is not privy to. If this hired killer theory is to be believed, the three requirements of a murder must still be present- motive, means, and opportunity. Motive for a hired killer is always money, I would assume. Means for that same killer was available and apparently easily disposed of since we’ve heard nothing about finding the knife involved in the murder and he/she could have been told to make it look like a crime of passion so as to implicate or misdirect attention to a particular individual. Opportunity is more difficult since there were others in the house, but it is not an insurmountable obstacle. (Obviously, since the murder was successful)
I bring this theory to your attention primarily because a man I respected for a very long time (forty years) for his integrity, intelligence, and insightfulness thought this was a distinct possibility. He believed that the killer was long gone before Stacey’s body was even discovered and certainly long gone before the police began their investigation.
Once gain, the investigators must have long ago dismissed this theory after a thorough examination of the facts and interviews with those who held this notion.

If only Sonia had continued up the stairs at 8am, it would have given detectives a 3 hr. headstart as well as possibly kept those kids from their now daily visual. I talked to a detective Strong yesterday from our major crimes unit, according to him (he has a strained relationship with the truth) but according to him Stacey’s case is still in the police hands and has not yet been viewed by the AG. Like I said; a natural born liar. I would really like 5 minutes with any one of these guys in “my house”
After almost 7 years I had the pleasure of interacting with the s.o.b. that educated me on polygraphs! A soft kind of fella ( like what happens to a man after years of indoor work) anyway, I do think he was a well respected interrogator, until I got done with him anyway. It was very special for me to get the chance to embarrass him right there in front of the very people he planned on impressing. That video will be used for years to come to show future interrogators how it’s NOT done. Your welcome.
On Oct.17th I first contacted the detective’s for another follow up, Last week I got my interview. It took 5 months for them to sit down w/ me. Detective Strong told me that Ed’s alibi is good AND he, Ed Burns has passed a polygraph, He and at least 4 other major crimes detectives have now told me that Ed did not kill Stacey. So…… lets see, You lie once. everything out your mouth is a lie. These once proud police men have been reduced to mear puppets in Mag’s Hassan’s little puppet show. So sad, once good proud men reduced to political puppets.

Hold that thought! If Ed is innocent there is much more to this story than meets the eye. I am certain beyond a reasonable doubt Jim is innocent. That leaves a 3rd party as the culprit. Try taking a look at all the incidents that have taken place in Wolfeboro and look for a common thread. There you will find your truth and the killers (plural).
I do not know how much I can say. I do know how and why Stacey was murdered in the manner she died in. This was a close up act with a knife. This was a woman that killed her and at the same being a close friend. She still walks in Wolfeboro but is now out of public view as much as possible.
Maybe this year before mothers day , she will be arrested. Maybe. Her ties to the immediate area are vast , to include politics. Also realize that she is psychotic . Displaying different personalities and suffering from some other psychiatric symptoms. To include impulsive sexual addictions.
I have been in court on several occasions for stalking her. I have not stalked anyone. It is just that when I know the truth? She has done all she could to discredit me . Even to tell the court that I am delutional and suffer from such deep phycotic diseases. I do not. Telling the court that she is scared that I may stop taking my anti-psychotic medications and come after her.
It has really bothered me that no arrest has been made. Then I must remember that this is a capital case and the authorities must get it right the first time in court or she may walk. I believe after Hassan is out of office and state elections are over, this will be brought into the forefront in the courts.
With the discovery of what I believe to be new evidence, it won’t be long. Again there are no limitation of time statues on a case as this. Within all of the law enforcement agencies that I’ve talked with, no one has ever said I was wrong.
Like I said at the beginning, there is not much that I’m going to say as to throw off the investigation. I have deep suspicions that can not be laid to rest. This case has also made me somewhat sick. Not getting enough sleep at times. But I have looked at it as deliberately as I can while not having law enforcement tools or powers. I have gone thru this piece by piece to see if I might have distorted the truth, embellished on it or just got it wrong. I have now laid the matter to rest knowing I am correct. There is nothing more I can do as a private citizen.
I now sleep in comfort and am no longer continually bothered . I have made my claim to this known in town.
I must also tell you that the head of the “Wolfeoro Police Commission” has said that it would take another homicide to have investigators from the Nh Attorneys General Office to come back to town. This is absolutely not true. As they have been working this case and it is not a “cold case”.
This woman is part of the Carol County Republican Committee. Where she has sexual exploits with most. This is what she led me to believe thru the dishonesty she represented. She is or was part of the local what police described as “key club”. She has also been removed from Rotary in town.
She has let it e
be known to me that as Stacey’s best friend that she had an interview with the Homicide Police. Although the officer she named has absolutely nothing to do with that dept. And that she became absolutely cautious of being around any police officers that were in our presence.
I say dishonesty, but would rather say “deception”. Yes to hear her say “that she is quite astute”. lets me know that she is very devious. Look up astute in, ” Wikipedia”. She prays on older men to have them believe that she is the poor divorced woman.

Please stay tuned for another crime that she made to happen but did not come in her favor. This one left a woman in disability by total disregard of human life.
I’ve pushed and pushed. People in town are in the know for sure. This is not about me. It is for justice to come along. The case is still active for sure. For I had an interview last week with two detectives from the New Hampshire Major Case Unit, Homicide Division.
I left knowing that they are very interested. Please do not publish this personal note to you. At end of interview, I again said i was done. Just like I told the Judge last time in court for stalking with a plaintiff that did not show up. That I was done and they should do their job. They said they are very good at what they do. I was pleased.
