About six months after the murder of Stacey Burns, there apparently was a Grand Jury hearing regarding the case. I will be requesting, through the Freedom of Information Act, the content of that hearing as soon as we return to Arizona in early December. If anyone would care to supply any information about that hearing in advance of my request, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Since one of the jury members has apparently supplied information about what took place, I can see no reason that my request for information about the hearing would be denied. Of special interest would be the possibility that, as a result of that hearing, one person of interest would no longer be a viable suspect. If that is so, then why haven’t we heard about it? If it isn’t so, then other questions arise.

Just wondering . . .
