The Next Generation Indie Book Awards has announced that my eleventh book, Retreat from the Precipice, has won the Historical Fiction (1900’s) category in their annual competition for 2025.
While all of my other books have received recognition of one kind or another, usually as finalists in various literary competitions, but this is the first time one of my books has won.
An awards reception will take place in Philadelphia on June 17, 2025 and my wife, Barbara, and I will be attending. I am guessing I have a good chance to be the oldest author in attendance.
We grew up in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area and Retreat from the Precipice is set in a fictional location in that area.
The book is available at all the usual places.
